I have been driving a 2008 Dodge Charger (Inferno Red) for the past 2 days since my car is having some repairs. I HATE IT! It is probably one of the worst cars I have ever driven – rented, borrowed or owned.
There are 4 big blind spots for drivers who are under 5’4″. These blind spots are in the front and rear corners of this vehemouth vehicle, which is equipped with a V8 Hemi. It is so intimidating to drive that I literally shake with fear whenever I have to drive even a short distance.
It may have all the latest “infotainment” as Chrysler calls it, but it still drives like a tank or squashed Hummer. I really thought the low profile windows looked sleek on the outside, but they are actually an impediment. I can’t see the road when turning corners, backing into a parking space, or passing cars.
Although spacious and alluring, this is NOT the car that short drivers, female or male, should driving. Ugh!
